How to make an order

If you wish to purchase any of the item listed, kindly contact us at baabaachak@gmail.com

After reviewing the order, we will be sending you the confirmation email.

We will proceed with shipping once the order has been confirmed and we have received your payment.

Mode of Payment

Currently we only accept money transfer. Details of bank account will be advised once the order has been confirmed.

Item Reservation

If you like any of the items/gift set displayed, but you're still unsure, you may (any time) drop us an email at baabaachak@gmail.com to reserve the item.

We will reserve the item for 2 working days.

Customizing Baby Gift

We are pleased to assist you in customizing gift set according to your preference and budget. This customizing set, however, limited according to stock availability. Due to limited capacity we have at the moment, we would be glad if you could inform us 3 working days upfront.

Shipping Cost

For loose item, we will be using Malaysia courier service; either Pos Ekspres or Poslaju. Cost of shipping is depending on the weight of the items and we will advise you once the order has been confirmed.

For gift set, cost of shipping will be Rm15 per set. We only deliver within Klang Valley. If you wish us to deliver the gift to intended recipient, kindly let us know during order. We may need the address as well as contact number of the person.
